TotalEnergies EP Nigeria Limited has launched a new round of recruitment, inviting Nigerians with the right qualifications to apply for openings across several disciplines. The company, which forms part of the global TotalEnergies network with thousands of employees worldwide, described the recruitment as an opportunity for professionals and fresh graduates to join its operations in the energy sector.
The listed vacancies are as follows:
a. Subsea Support & Intervention Engineer
b. Coordinator, Subsea Life of Field
c. Production & Well Performance Engineer
d. Reservoir Geologist
e. Process Engineers
f. Maintenance Engineers (Electrical, Mechanical & Instruments)
g. Contract Engineers
h. Compensation/Payroll Analyst
For eligibility, the company outlined requirements such as:
i. A graduate degree in Computer Science, Accountancy, Mathematics, Statistics, Human Resources, Engineering (Petroleum, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation), Geology, Management or Social Sciences (or equivalent)
ii. Work experience between 0 and 10 years depending on the position, with exposure in oil and gas operations, subsea systems, well commissioning, geology, drilling, process, maintenance, or contract management
iii. Strong skills in analysis, problem-solving and relationship management
iv. Knowledge in commercial and legal processes, human resource regulations, cost engineering, budgeting and supply chain operations
v. High-level computer and software competence including MS Office, Power BI, SAP, Primavera P6, and specialised simulation tools such as PROSPER, GAP, OLGA, Petrel, Sismage and others
vi. Ability to handle demanding tasks independently with strong organisation and adaptability
vii. Communication, teamwork and presentation abilities
viii. Curiosity, technical mindset and cross-functional collaboration skills
ix. Familiarity with plant equipment and technical reporting
x. Membership of recognised professional associations is considered an advantage
xi. Fluent English is compulsory
In its announcement, the firm warned applicants against fraudulent demands for money, saying: “TotalEnergies EP Nigeria Limited, and its approved recruitment consultants, will never ask you for a fee to process or consider your application.
