Position Details and Requirements
1. Provost
The Provost will serve as the Chief Academic, Administrative, and Accounting Officer of the College, responsible for day-to-day operations. The role involves executing policies laid out by the Governing Council and providing leadership to achieve the college’s objectives.
- A Doctorate Degree (Ph.D) in Social and Management Science with at least 15 years of post-qualification teaching or research experience, including five years as Chief Lecturer in a modern education system.
- Candidates must have held senior teaching or administrative leadership roles in higher education.
- Demonstrated track record in strategic leadership, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory compliance is required.
- Applicants should show strong research history, innovation, and resource mobilization capacity, especially in national and international contexts.

2. Principal Lecturer – Cooperative Economics & Management

- At least ten years of relevant administrative experience, with three years in a tertiary institution, is expected.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are mandatory.
4. Bursar
The Bursar serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the College and manages its financial operations.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics and full membership of a professional body such as ICAN, ANAN, ACCA, or CPA is required.
- A minimum of ten years post-qualification experience in an academic or similar institution is essential.
- Applicants must be skilled in budgeting, internal audits, financial reporting, and use of ERP platforms.

5. College Librarian

- Professional certifications in systems analysis or IT Infrastructure are desirable.
- Experience in enterprise systems, ICT support, and educational technology is essential.

7. Public Relations / Communication Officer
The officer will be responsible for managing the College’s communication strategy and public relations.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, or related discipline is required.
- Minimum of five years post-qualification experience in communication within academia or public service is expected.
- Proven ability in media liaison, branding, digital content, and stakeholder communication is necessary.
- Professional certification from NIPR or APCON adds to the candidate’s profile.
