Nestlé Nigeria has announced the opening of applications for its 2025 Technical Skills Development Programme at the Nestlé Technical Training Centre. The company is calling on young Nigerians with strong character, learning agility, and motivation to apply for the intensive 18-month training. According to the management, the training will hold at the Abaji Factory in Abuja and the Flowergate Factory in Ogun State.
In a statement, Nestlé Nigeria said, “We are seeking applications from self-driven, motivated, and qualified young individuals from Nigeria who are ready to build careers in technical skills development.” The programme is designed to provide hands-on learning in core areas of engineering and automation, with a focus on industrial growth and technical expertise.
The Ideal Candidate must have:
i. Maximum of Lower Credit in National Diploma (ND) issued by a Nigerian Polytechnic not earlier than 2022 in any of the following (or related) field of study: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering / Electrical / Installation & Maintenance Engineering, Applied Mechanical and Electrical Engineering (Mechatronics), Industrial Measurement and Control/Instruments Mechanics Work, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics and other related core engineering qualifications
ii. Minimum of Four (4) O-Level Credits or its equivalent obtained in One (1) Sitting in Mathematics, English Language, Physics and one other science related course.
