KWASRRA Announces Recruitment for Data Capturing Officers

The Kwara State Residents Registration Agency (KWASRRA) has opened applications for new intakes into the position of Data Capturing Officers (DCOS). The move, according to officials, is aimed at expanding the state’s residents’ registration system and ensuring smooth operations across local communities.

The agency outlined the specific duties attached to the position as follows:
1. Mobile registration of residents.
2. Forward report of registration to the Data Capturing Supervisors (DCSs) as may be directed by the Agency.
3. Any other duties as may be assigned by the Agency/superior officers (DCSs).

For eligibility, applicants must meet certain requirements. These include:
i. Applicant must possess a minimum of either Diploma, NCE, HND, Degree or its equivalent.
ii. Computer Literacy
iii. Must be mentally and physical fit.

Applications officially begin on Friday 22nd August, 2025 and will close on Tuesday 26th August, 2025.

In a statement, the management said, “We are seeking qualified candidates who are ready to support our mission of accurate data collection and digital record keeping for Kwara residents.”
