The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) has officially closed its recruitment application portal. In a statement released today, 11 October, the Board confirmed that the portal is no longer accepting new entries. “We thank all applicants for their interest and commitment to serving with honour, integrity and national pride,” the statement read.

The recruitment exercise, which initially had a deadline of 4 August 2025, was extended. According to a press release issued by the Office of the Secretary on 3 August 2025, the Board announced that the closing date would be moved to Monday, 11 August 2025. This gave applicants additional time to complete and submit their forms.
